These days, NJ provides services similar to a government office, lacking professionalism. You often need to follow up with them for days to complete even a simple task. They only respond to work emails, messages, and calls when they feel like it. Even when they promise to complete the work, they often forget. You have to contact them multiple times to get them to take action.

Reasons to give one star :- 1. I can't do client registration on App I have to do through Chrome so what's the use of app. 2. this App is having unnecessary option 3. App has lot of bugs 4. unable to do sip on a specific date. only limited sip dates major drawback sometimes 5. I can't check sip status report like on website 6. Crm software is totally bug on phone and even on website is not that good
