Ratings and reviews

Works well for the most part, has a few hiccups trying to buy monero with Fiat and encounters some errors trying to send to outside wallets but eventually goes through. Network fees are low and does what it's supposed to, just need to be patient with it occasionally. Good app and wallet, even with its problems there aren't many better options, so I recommend

Very good crypto wallet. Some wallets won't accept deposits from some sites, not sure why they don't, like PayPal is very specific about what sites it will accept a crypto deposit from. Anyways, I never have any issues with receiving or withdrawing my money from NOW wallet. I always recommend this wallet to people who don't already have 1. It's VERY easy to set up and use. No waiting periods, no endless questions that shouldn't be asked in first place, like some other apps do. Totally recommend.

I think this app is a scam. happy to retract that statement if they prove me wrong, but here is my experience. Deposited ~ $1000Aud in btc. All good. Exchanged to a different currency, and it disappeared. It has been a week, and while being told my balance has been reinstated twice, it has not. Support are useless as all they tell me is that they have forwarded it to the tech team and await updates. Leads me to think that they aren't really doing anything to resolve the issue. stay away
