There are so many issues in the app. UI is broken at most of places , data is not accurate or not available at most of places . Some data is irrelevant coming at app which is of no use/not explanatory enough. Anyways , I have to use it because I do not have any other option ...

Today I updated the app as it showed that there was an update available. Since then it is broken. When I login to app, it shows the prompt to update from version 2.6.2 to 1 and shows two buttons, namely 'update' and 'cancel'. When I click on update, it takes me to google playstore where it shows that my version is latest. However when I click on 'cancel', it logs me out of the app. I am not able to do anything on the app.

Highly unoptimised app, most of the time auto log out and asking for update, even recharge in it is hell of a task with to and fro from npcl and your payment apps, asking unnecessary details, mail, no. etc. for badic recharge facility.very inconvenient.
