So much issue just to make a simple transaction!!! Tried to make a contribution but money got deducted from the account and its not reflected on the payment gateway, resulting in time out and payment failed status. Now the best part when raised a grievance with details, it gave me a token number which doesn't fetch any details and app crashed before I can write it down.

Whenever I attempt to log in to the application, I receive a warning asking me to install the updated version from the Play Store. When I click "Proceed," it directs me to the Play Store, where I see an option to open the app, indicating that my app is already up to date. However, when I try to open the NPS app again, I encounter the same warning. It seems there is a bug on the login page itself.

Earlier the app used to be pathetic, I mean damned right down to the lowest depths of hell. But whosoever is working on it right now should be given a raise, a medal, a cookie and a pat on the back. Really impressed with the UI and responsiveness. Pehle toh bavasir bana rakkha tha app ka. Kudos to the developers who pushed the new changes and updates. Edit- Its started to feel a bit of a hassle to this app now. The regular password expires , and the inability to change password as well.
