Whenever I attempt to log in to the application, I receive a warning asking me to install the updated version from the Play Store. When I click "Proceed," it directs me to the Play Store, where I see an option to open the app, indicating that my app is already up to date. However, when I try to open the NPS app again, I encounter the same warning. It seems there is a bug on the login page itself.

Earlier the app used to be pathetic, I mean damned right down to the lowest depths of hell. But whosoever is working on it right now should be given a raise, a medal, a cookie and a pat on the back. Really impressed with the UI and responsiveness. Pehle toh bavasir bana rakkha tha app ka. Kudos to the developers who pushed the new changes and updates. Edit- Its started to feel a bit of a hassle to this app now. The regular password expires , and the inability to change password as well.

The NPS app is ok to get the information, however the compulsory change of password in few months is very troubling. The more worst thing is that user can't use any password from his last five used passwords. How the user is going to get new password after every few months. This is very unnecessary safety feature when withdrawal is not allowed from the app. It is creating lot of confusion. instead of this undue safety, it will be better for the app developers to come up with a simple way.
