The app is good. There is a feedback to make it a bit more better and easy. Under the Spot Your Train section, when we search the train number. The search history (upto last 5 train numbers searched ) should be added so that user does not need to enter the train number every time. We often navigate to other pages and when we come back, the non traveller has to recall the train number and put it. Instead of this, a quick last 5 search will help alot.

Its still so hard to believe that Official app is giving wrong data and 3rd party app is giving correct information. In offical ntes app train shows in platform no.3 but in a 3rd party app it show platform no.7 .when check it in display board it shows that the train is in platform number 7. Why ntes is not updating the correct platform location. Kindly upgrade your service.

Interms of platform indication of train and actual coach position it is not linked with the correct and accurate information and it shows wrong coach position as well as platform more often as compared to the other application.. since it is the official train enquiry app it must be updated with right train information atleast after its departure from the origin station.
