The “Na Minha Rua Lx” app allows citizens to report incidents on public roads, in housing and municipal equipment, encouraging citizens’ participation in city management.
Using the app requires access to the device's location to georeference the incidents to be reported.
If you do not wish to use this functionality, you can use other alternative means, using a desktop device (pc/laptop/tablet) by accessing the application on the website at https://naminharualx.cm-lisboa.pt/ or through municipal customer service (option 1 800 910 211 / 218 170 552 from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm).
The app supports login by new user registration and by Facebook.
