Worst experience took first of all it took 15 minutes to confirm the order. The expected time was over run by an hour. The call center didn't pick my call for 7 minutes. The resturant wasn't attending phone and line was busy, finally picked my call after trying for 30 minutes to tell me my order is on the way. At that point around 2hrs are gone . Pathetic experience guys dont do a mistake to order from there app.

I placed order for food at 7:30pm and they showed expected delivery to be 8:44pm but the food wasn't delivered even on 9:30pm , this much delay is never acceptable . I didn't place the order for breakfast , it was intended for dinner . This is highly irresponsible behaviour . There is no option shown to cancel the order also . you are charging for home delivery and yet doing this to your customer .
