Everytime I sign in I have trouble getting it to log in and never remembers my info. when I try to update my schedule it won't show. Promotions is both under schedule and promos. gives me multiple error messages. I can't even go to inquiry to report it because that tab doesn't work either. There's nothing useful or productive I can do on the app. I don't even know how to contact somebody outside of the app to get it fixed! Been suspended three times for inability to login and teach! PLEASE HELP

I am not Japanese and not the residence of Japan, I wanted to pay a monthly 63 USD for just one month, but I wasn't allowed to use the website for taking lessons. On the other hand, the student nc app is really bad and not user-friendly! This is a big bug. I reserved a session, and I was on the page of the tutor. There is no option for entering, but the system cancelled my session with no refunds. Also,all the native tutors from the US, Canada, or England weren't available for sudden lessons.

The app is not working at all. I have unistalled and installed it back again, contacted the support team which, byw, explained noghing was wrong on their side. However, it's still not working. I cannot check the slots properly or the payment. This has been going on for a month. Will you finally fix it? It's so frustrating.
