I’m not sure what you mean by „PC-Version”. Windows 10+ does natively support this feature.
As this is a Microsoft protocol, I’m not planning to port to other platforms.

Congratulations, updated windows to phone receive function. Hope to add not only Bluetooth, but also wifi transmission methods.This will greatly increase the transfer speed from windows to phones. Thank!!!

WiFi transport is already supported. For this to work you have to follow https://nearshare.shortdev.de/docs/setup on your pc.
