The Neo Tracking app is helpful for tracking the school bus, but it’s often unreliable. Some days it doesn’t work at all, forcing drivers to share live location on WhatsApp. This causes a lot of inconvenience for parents. Please make the app more stable — it’s critical for ensuring kids’ safety.

Distance yet to be covered shows in black mark, from the satellite view it's not clear. it was yellow color before last updates which was too good

Recently, the app is overriding the system sound levels and blasting the voice alerts of bus arrival etc. it's kind of nuisance when in office as the alert is very loud. the alert sound should be at the level of media sound setting of the time .
