Please do not buy Neosurf anymore. I already know several people who have been scammed in Belgium. I thought it was a defect in their phones, and I bought a €20 voucher myself. It is impossible to use, it freezes you a lot, it asks you security questions that are useless. The code never arrives on your phone. It is a defective server. It only makes money with vouchers that you cannot use. And they do not resolve anything in the help center. They only answer that they will resolve it soon and the

i am trying to liaise with Neosurf, but they are not responding to my emails. I have tried to make some payments .but they are asking me to verify my ID. Having done this last week I have not received a response.
