I just installed the app. Two stars for now. Same problem. There is only keypad with numbers. But you have to register first. Go to your account and open "prilojenia". Follow the instructions. After that it shows the password for the user. I wish someone from NetteraTv see the comments and negative ratings and answers here. Update* So far so good. It works smooth with good quality. Would be easier if there is a short guide for the set up. 5 stars.

Why do you embarrass yourself with such a poorly written app? You can't even enter your credentials because there is no keyboard but instead you have only numpad 😅

Thank you for your comment! The credentials needed for the login in the app are both numerical - User ID and password, thus no keyboard is needed for entering those. You can find your User ID and set your pass on your profile page https://neterra.tv/profile

Really disappointed that all of the sudden now channels that were included in my subscription are locked. I have to pay $8 extra a month to unlock them. Disappointing!
