Increíblemente rápido para hacer una cuenta y para que envíen la tarjeta. Bonita y sencilla la interfaz de la app del banco. Pero ahora cobran 10 por cada vez que se hace retiro de cajero, antes daban 10 al mes gratis. Se cae mucho el sistema. Sale denegada la transacción pero debita y hay que esperar a que reintegren. En una emergencia eso no sirve. Y el servicio al cliente, cuesta mucho que conteste. Les falta comunicación con el cliente. Aún se siente inestable el banco.
