sometimes helps you connect but doesn't notify you when there is new activity. I just logged in to see about scheduling a yearly physical and haven't heard from them and I have messages going back 3 months that I've never seen because there were no notifications. I'm not going to open this app every day. Mostly useless without notifications.

App is confusing, not intuitive, not very user-friendly. Information is not found where you think it should be. Additionally, not all appointments can be scheduled electronically, resulting in long phone wait times. For some appointments the app indicates electronic check-in is possible, but when you arrive for the appointment you still have to wait in line to check in.

ENDEAVOR, DO U READ THESE REVIEWS?? The app doesn't load (6 months now) and there doesn't appear to be an update available. However, regarding the NorthShore Connect message feature--the "you can no longer reply to this message " is not helpful. Either get rid of it or extend the time period since it often takes many days to get ahold of doctor/staff. Layout is not always easy to navigate when it comes to finding test results, letters, summaries. Seems that some items could be cross-listed.
