The app has plenty of functionality, but it's quite buggy, depending on what device you're using. On my Samsung tablet for example, it constantly fails to keep me logged in or it hits pages and they are just simply blank. Then it takes me back to log in again. On almost every device, it fails to remember the box that says "remember me on this device." I need codes all the time to access the account. Again, it's still highly functional. But frustrating.

sometimes helps you connect but doesn't notify you when there is new activity. I just logged in to see about scheduling a yearly physical and haven't heard from them and I have messages going back 3 months that I've never seen because there were no notifications. I'm not going to open this app every day. Mostly useless without notifications.

App is confusing, not intuitive, not very user-friendly. Information is not found where you think it should be. Additionally, not all appointments can be scheduled electronically, resulting in long phone wait times. For some appointments the app indicates electronic check-in is possible, but when you arrive for the appointment you still have to wait in line to check in.
