The (new) application is simply one of the worst that I've ever used. The numerous problems seems to also affect their whole IT stack, including the backend. The migration took months when nothing worked, not even the energy bills were emitted. After all the waiting, we (the customers) struggle with a something that is barely usable (when it works at all). The icing on the cake is that the previous system was quite good. And no info. when (or if) the things will start to work better.

I have no clue who you paid to code this new app, but it is in every sense a downgrade, and not fit for purpose. It routinely logs me out, I am unable to turn on notifications for it and the new layout is horrendous UI/UX wise. Coupled with the delay in billing this month and I am seriously considering switching electricity providers. What point is there in using your services when, digitally, they have regressed to (or below) the level of your competitors?
