I've been having difficulties to open the apps. It keep automatically closed. Already make a complain to my RM and related department on 28june. But until now I still can't use this apps. It's been almost 2 months and really troublesome for me.

I can't login into my mobile phone simply because I changed my cell Phone. The OCBC Center (Tanya) said they've already changed the type of the cellphone into my new one, but until now, 3 days elapsed, I can't login. I went to OCBC branch office they can't help either. The OCBC Call Center said they have problem with the video call verification system which I have tried as well. So annoying!!!

just create the account but it was bugging and only connecting when process the making ID, I thought I was just need to send the IDR 50k so it can continued cause need to activate first. but still bugging, end up log out the account and can't continue the applying or even log in. it's sucks
