it won't open, keeps saying communication error. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling. your app sucks.

The app is not working! It says I'm using a older version and to click ok in order to get the newer one, and then it takes me to the app store and it doesn't show a newer version available. Unable to pay my bill.

By far the worst app I've ever used even with the correct account number and password and will not allow you to access anything...
