2. You do nothing to install devices but the provider's service people do everything for you. The same is for the OMO system maintenance. Should you need any, just let professionals take care of it.

3. Together with Package 1, you get the OMO app. Be always aware of what's going on at home and be sure that it is safe. Anytime, anywhere.
Also, feel free to share access to it with up to 6 family members or roommates.
