App not responding. I recently had to uninstall it because of a problem on my phone. When I reinstalled it, it would not let me log in to my existing account. Tried making a new one but it wouldn't get any further than the 2nd slide. I retried after a couple of weeks but now the app just keeps stopping. Help! I tried contacting my award leader too about the problem to which she only said yo retry afterwards. All in vain.

Hello,
if you have reinstalled your phone you have to log in to your existing account. If your web login works then your mobile will as well. If you fail even with the web than let us know.

Actually a good experience so far, more convenient than the book in my opinion amd easier to control. However I do swimming two times a week for thirty minutes but when I record it, it is not set as one hour per week could you clarify what is going on.

Hi Ashley, the progress is indeed a sum of your activities up to one hour per week - the app follows the rules by the Foundation so speak to your Award Leader or raise a support ticket with him/her for us to examine this.

Great app, but I couldn't dind where to submit error reports. I can't upload images when submitting my logs, as it says it needs permission to import my photos, even after I enabled that permission. Issue stays after restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, and disabling then enabling permissions.
