Dresden has a variety of international restaurants, from the US through to Asian cuisine. Target Ocakbasi is to be a part of this colorful spectrum and therefore family Nurhakli decided in October 2013 to open the first Turkish restaurant in Dresden, the capital of Saxony.
In this restaurant on the Königsbrücker Straße, fresh meat products themselves are prepared exclusively. "Ocakbasi" refers to the specific method of preparation of the Turkish courts on the charcoal grill. In ancient Anatolia, people have cooked their own dishes prepared on the barbecue joint. In our restaurant we prepare your meals for you, while you can make a Turkish wine comfortably with a glass, so the owner Selma and Cafer Nurhakli. Ocakbasi now in Dresden's Old Town
