I've used this in the past and it worked great! however this year, despite having the correct credentials, I can't login or sync. The rooms aren't listed, just the interactive map is given, but that doesn't seem to work on about half the programs, so where am I going? Looks like I'm going back to the printed schedule. It wouldn't be so bad if they would just update things to list the rooms as text in addition to the map. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing but delete favorites.

So far, worthless. Just two weeks to 2023 event and nothing. It "syncs", shows there's a 1mb download available, but it won't recognize my login. I've verified my login works on the membership page. But it doesn't work in the app. And there is no help to be had on the the app login: no "forgot user name" or "forgot password" clicks, no helpful message, nothing. This is my first Con. I just want to look at Graphic Novels. But it feels like I'm being dragged into some cryptic alternate universe.

Past versions were better. Using this for SDCC '23. Issue 1: if you mark your schedule from the website, it does NOT sync when you go to review on the phone app. App login is not clear. Settings has 'Multi Device Sync' but does not sync w/ the website. Issue 2: is the design, they try to be fancy and make the text semi-transparent where you can still see the background image. But with a busy background image, it is difficult to read the text and scrolling is even worse.
