Previously, I had given this app a 3 star, But since the last update in July, the app has been working extremely well. I truly like the new interface. The only recommendation I would give is to have the camera set up for the default and the ability to select scan/ auto as the option under settings. I noticed that when taking pictures using the auto/ scan feature, it would only focus on an object (Getty box lid) vs getting the surrounding area I need to get. (Spill verification).

Bad, it had constant problems! The tech support has disappeared! I've called several times and left messages. And I never heard back from them. My company went all electronic with this app, and all it does is make you frustrated and want to quit.

Used to be pretty decent, gets worse with every update. Since last update, crashes constantly, very glitchy, "refreshes" itself while trying to load info
