The OneFile Eportfolio offline app is the answer.

You can collect evidence, complete assessments, create plans and conduct reviews offline – any time, anywhere, on any device. Then when you're connected to the internet again, you can sync your work back to your online account and continue to use OneFile as normal. It's simple, quick and convenient.

Please note, you must be a registered OneFile learner or assessor to log in.

The app is extremely slow, and very glitchy. Within the first 10 minutes of me using it, I've experienced multiple glitches such as trying to log in and the username/password boxes not working ×3, when trying to click the password box, the app essentially became an autoclicker on the username box ×1, the app claiming there's no internet even though my connection is perfect ×2, and every time I click into evidence, the app will crashes or freezes. I can't fit any more here due to character limit.

You I want refine a review. Got a little bit excite for another update but don't why I bother. Still can't do the basics. Doesn't sync correctly. Constantly crashing or producing errors. Sync process is so slow. Why does it take so long? And why can't it do it in the background like most Microsoft apps do? This app is so frustrating. I have to use it for my NVQ and it constantly closes down, won't open, can't upload pics, the list goes on. It's really annoying when you want to get on with your work.
