OneRepo * is an app jointly developed by JR East Building Tech Co., Ltd. and Seiryo Electric Co., Ltd. that allows you to easily make emergency calls and reports from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

When dealing with emergencies in the business of managing and operating various buildings and multiple projects, the situation can be disseminated in "time series" and submitted in the optimal report format to the relevant places. ..

--Main functions--

1. 1. Emergency contact / report input
You can enter the situation that occurred at the site and the response status from your smartphone etc. each time. You can enter detailed handling status one after another.

2. 2. Information sharing
The information entered will be notified to the parties concerned each time.
Since the situation can be immediately communicated not only to the person in charge at the site such as the owner or the security company, but also to the person in charge of each company, the situation can be grasped and the decision-making for coping can be swiftly made in the whole organization.

3. 3. Emergency call
When receiving the push notification of the initial registration of the event that occurred, the person concerned in the field will be alerted by the sound source ringing, and the occurrence of the situation can be surely notified.

4. Report output
By registering an arbitrary report format (Excel) in advance, the report will have the necessary information (data) embedded just by downloading the report. The work of creating the activity status of the site from scratch with Excel etc. is eliminated.

5. Organizational management
Since OneRepo operates the system for each organization (team), it operates with the same operation authority for each organization (team) only by setting the conditions for the organization without setting the conditions individually for each user.
In addition, since the system usage authority can be set in detail for each organization, not only can it be adapted to actual work, but it is also possible to easily assign authority even in cases where irregular measures are required only for some organizations.
