I am just trying this app for the first time. no real time support system no live chat team support very bad. I just want to buy usdt, doing so I was prompt to do a verification, I just got stuck with selfie check the app can't even capture me. any time its open this "click the button to open the full screen mode" ,when click on it goes back or hangs. I just got stuck it that for like forever. Mind u I allow the app to use my cams. Works like 1985 apps

The worst app ever. Please do not be tricked by some of these positive reviews. I don't think they are real for anyone that has actually used Onramp. I sold crypto on the app for over the past 24 hours and I haven't gotten a dime in my bank account. No accountability from the team, no explanation. I was asked to provide the txn hash which I did. And still, my money is hanging somewhere I don't know. I will only recommend this app to you if you don't value your peace of mind.

Their customer support is next to nill. I wanted to confirm an alternative to complete the EDD process, but there was no response. I wonder if there is no communication in this stage how will they help if something goes wrong during a transaction. Binance P2P is much better in this regard.
