you know, when you can't access your email, and they require you to check your email to even sign up for their service, it really makes using their chargers kind of unintuitive. like, it's wild to me this company's putting up barriers to prevent me from paying them from a service. why don't they just let me pay without an account? there's no technical reason for these extra hoops to jump through.

The charger might work fine, but I wouldn't know if it does or not. Because the app does not work. The app crashes several times while trying to log in and set up account information. The app also repeatedly does not accept card information, of mine anyway... My experience was using an android phone and SOFI debit card as my bank. My card doesn't have issues being charged anywhere else, and is functional on all my phones apps. My phone doesn't have issues with other apps crashing constantly.

I needed it to charge at the hotel, and spent over an hour trying to get it to work. 95% of the time I hit "save" or "submit", it loads for 1 second then dumps me back to the page like nothing happened. It'd crash during sign up then tell me my email was already taken and to use another one, without letting me resume. Had to go through 4 emails before it worked. Tried on my spouses iPhone, and it worked immediately. For any hotels thinking of using Opconnect, get them to fix Android first!
