Our app facilitates GPS tracking aligned with predetermined schedules. While adhering to configured work hours, such as Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, the app seamlessly monitors the engineer's movements. Operatives can have the flexibility to temporarily adjust their tracking status, granting them control over when to initiate or pause tracking.

The app securely transmits location data to our dedicated servers. This real-time data enables us to provide customers with accurate arrival estimates for our field service experts. Upon triggering the notification, customers receive an SMS or email containing a link to track the approximate location of the assigned engineer and anticipate their impending arrival.

To ensure an optimal user experience, 'Operative On Way' employs a sophisticated commercial plugin adept at conserving device battery life while seamlessly managing GPS tracking in both foreground and background modes.
