About this app
The app's purpose and use is to manage booking contacts between the Opticians' Association and its members at events arranged by the Opticians' Association.
When registering for an event via the Opticians Association's website, a QR code is distributed via email, which is then scanned by the app's scanner function, whereupon a ticket is generated in the app.
The ticket then gives access to the event.
During the event, the attendee then scans their presence at various presentations to show their participation, data that is recorded back to the Opticians Association's internal database for an update of membership status.
