Summary data monthly list of movement ward wise, vehicle number wise, route wise, contractor wise.

The company will provide all necessary reports at the end of each day and
information of each vehicle will be stored in system for one month.

The application helps the control rooms to get the following information:
• The location of the vehicle
• The route taken by the vehicle
• The stoppage details of the vehicles
• Excessive Stoppage Alerts
• Route deviation alerts

The data captured through this system shall be converted into reports and hosted in website for the purpose of access and report generation.
➢ The software features will have multi-level login with authentication, emergency alert, display vehicle position on the digitized map with designated routes etc.
➢ The fleet management monitor database for vehicle should contain vehicle registration No., Engine No., Chassis No., model, year of manufacture, laden capacity, mandatory clearance status of Transport Offices, insurance details, owner name and address.
➢ Monitoring report of the vehicle will contain number of trips, distance covered, number of days worked, route violation, route report, etc.
➢ The equipment’s will be weather, water and vibration resistant.
➢ The company will update the application software with latest version as and when available.
➢ The company will consider the connectivity (SIM) service providers network availability and make suitable arrangements.
