The Observatory on the economic vulnerability of Italian families is promoted by the ANIA-Consumers Forum in collaboration with the University of Milan and pursues the objective of making Italian families aware of the need to monitor their risk exposure areas and plan protection strategies. In 2018 the Observatory created a specific digital application, with the aim of providing consumers with a tool to verify their level of knowledge in the financial field and at the same time monitor the degree of vulnerability of their family.
