too slow. low performance and lags. each time, I have to close the app and reopen it, and wait 30 seconds at least to get the data page

I am unable to connect the battery with WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity is normal and connects within the second. However, when I tried to connect with the WiFi, the application was unable to find the device. When I contacted the dealer, he said said their is an application fault. Kindly guide me. Thanks

I was able to connect successfully to my "Must" lithium battery for one day, but later I tried many times to connect over bluetooth or wifi and all not successful. The battery is online, but does not provide any information. I also tried to uninstall the app and install it again and add my credentials.
