Oh no. The app that manages to not work when you need it most. It used to be somewhat reliable, but then in the past year, it got worse. While scanning the QR code has always had the same probability as landing an OHKO move in Pokemon, requiring manual input, sometimes it still fails to connect to the bike due to an "unknown error," leaving me stranded on multiple occasions. Also the map likes to freeze lately. I have since bought a motorcycle and travel around the city that way.

The instructions were unclear about having to have data plan to pay near the bike, so i got charged twice. i called them and they said there was nothing they could do as the trip was shown as completed, even though it has been only 5 minutes since i paid for the two trips i never got to take. Not to mention the fact that the lady on the phone was rude and abrasive. Do not use this service if you're a tourist without data. Hopefully they can improve by making their instructions clearer.

This app doesn't work properly and doesn't allow to finish ride. I locked bike in and it still charged me extra $30 because it thought I was riding after it was locked. The app offers a button to finish a ride which I clicked and it didn't show any confirmation but displayed list of bikes available - when I closed it, button was not active anymore. They thought I was riding for 3 more hours.
