Much improvement needed. The online banking is horrible. It cost me $140 in late fees. I scheduled bills to be paid on certain dates and they were not paid for a week later,causing late fees and reducing my credit score. Also, very poor system, can't download my transactions or see them;even after downloading Gnucash App. Seriously thinking I should close checking and saving, take my business elsewhere

The app is outdated can only do so much on there my girlfriend God through bank of america and the app lay out is so smith and nice it tells u everthing even when u use you're card it send a email saying where it was used and for how much and they even sent her one of the new card where u can just hold it over the card reader to pay sorry to say this bank is stuck in a past life and her banking app even supports Google pay might have to switch banks

I have installed and uninstalled 3 times. Everytime I try to log in, it crashes. It worked fine before the upgrade.
