Since format change/upgrade, I have found it much easier to use and navigate. There are still some things I find hard to accomplish, be it user error or app bug, such as scheduling appointments at desired branch, actually "contacting" someone in the Contact US menu, and linking of accounts. I especially like the "Transfer" shortcut and access to statements.

Even after updates, most times it fails to load correctly when trying to log in. I have to close app, reopen and then try logging in again. Even if I get logged in there's usually an error. I've had several different phones and it does the same thing with each phone. terrible app.

The app is helpful when it works, but I often (at least 50% of the time, if not more) have to force stop or uninstall/reinstall the app because when I go to log in, the entire screen is fluorescent pink so I can't enter my username/password. This is pretty annoying and it would be great if it didn't do that.
