PDC by Capture Data Services is a fast and accurate way for real estate professionals to collect property data. Users can capture essential property data, take photographs, log measurements, and render a floor plan in just minutes.
In order to start an inspection, you should receive an inspection order by e-mail.
How to start an order:
1. First download the PDC App.
2. Once the App has been installed, click on the order link you’ve received by email.
3. The first time the link may redirect you to a browser, just scroll a bit down and a banner with the option to open in PDC should appear on top. If not, you may long tap on the link and the option to open the PDC App should be listed.
4. The app should show an acceptance screen. You are ready to start the inspection!
