他の方も投稿されていますが、 無料トライヤルがタップミス1回で、自動登録されて解除がその後できないです。（playストアの定期購入にも表示されない） 運営にもメールしましたが、返信なく困っています。

誤って3日間無料をタップしてしまいました。キャンセルをしたくて、Playストア→右上の写真→お支払いと定期購入までたどりつきました。でも、キャンセル項目が出てきません。こういった場合はどうすれば良いですか？

細かい広告が多くスムーズに作業出来ませんでした。インポートした資料のカラーが勝手に変わってしまいました。スマートフォン（Android）で操作していたのですが、文章のコピー・ペーストが出来ず、不便を感じました。
