After reading other reviews it seems everyone is complaining about the same problem. The four digit PIN not working and having to re-enter username and password. I would think if this many people complained about it the bank would look into changing it. If IT/ App security installed they can uninstall or change it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to do it every time you want to get into the app. What is the point in even having the PIN system if it doesn't work properly?? 😡

can't do a login using a 4 digit PIN. Setup keeps saying the phone isn't registered with biometrics. I have setup biometrics on the phone! Biometrics, fingerprint and face rec, have nothing to do with a 4 digit PIN!

I have tried several times to download this app but because of the terrible glitches I uninstall. The 4 number PIN doesn't work and quite honestly it's faster to log into my account via the internet than through this APP. Maybe People's will let us all know when they get an actual working app and I will try again then.
