We are Sara and Silverio, 2 young people who gave life to the Fisherman's Station in 2019!
Silverio comes from generations of FISHERMEN from Arbatax, the seaside village par excellence, a life in contact with the world of fishing.
In 2018 he attended the Italian Chef Cooking School, training with starred chefs and nationally renowned teachers.
Sara has a natural talent in being in contact with the public, years of work prove it!
Starting from a small Food-Truck in the first months of 2022 we inaugurated our first location!
The Union immediately proved to be a winner, in a few years La Stazione del Pescatore, with over 200 reviews, became the first place in the ranking out of 6000 places in Sardinia.
The most famous portal says it: TripAdvisor
In 2024 "La Stazione del Pescatore" becomes "POLPÌ - PANINI DI MARE"
