Ratings and reviews

I got an email 3 days ago saying my items had been added to the vault, but they still don't show up in the app. Also I can't change the payment method for a grading order in process, need to use the website to do that. It's also slow and glitchy. Long story short, it's a good idea but execution is pretty terrible.

It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!

User friendly, intuitive, easy to use. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the list of other grading companies they have available on the app for adding to your collection is pretty limited. I believe they only recognize 5 others: SGC, BGS, BVG, CSG, & CGC. I know for certain they do not recognize TAG or AGS, which is disappointing. Otherwise I enjoy the app.
