It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!

Received my first grades ever... pretty good experience. cards came back pretty fast once they were graded. Good communication with the process. sent two cards in. got one seven and one 10. I will definitely send more cards to be graded. Thank you PSA

The App is clunky and organized poorly. The PSA process is poor, customer unfriendly and lacks transparency. The grading lacks any communication for the results. I wasn't looking for a 5 page forensic analysis, but at least 15 words that give some clue as to why the results are what they are. Their lack of clarity reinforces their perception of being scammy that I've seen on social media. I wouldn't use them...
