It's a great app designed to test your patience. Had there been an option to give it 0 stars I would've used that. First of all the supply status is OK every time even if there's a power outage in your area. Secondly, the complaint numbers are always out of service or you simply cannot connect the call. Thirdly, even if you somehow manage to register your complaint the follow up number for queries doesn't work. A great app indeed.

If it was possible I will give this app 0 start I don't know what has happens this application. It seems to blacklisted my account. Everytime I try to register complaint or check supply status thorough this app it just keeps loading. I even tried with different networks , reinstalled this app multiple times. It shows same problem everytime. Even getting any information via call [1912] doesn't give a feedback. It just keep me on waiting or it responds with no service.

Worst ever app seen. But it is nothing new as the case is same for most of government owned apps. This app does not give a single detail like current bill, past bill, or usage details etc. It always shows from last 4 months (today is Oct 24, 2019) an error message displaying ' There is some problem or details are not uploaded online'. Pathertic and waste of time and effort. I wish i could attach screen shot here for reference.
