About this app

The Mandate of PSiRA derives from the Private Security Industry Regulation (PSiR) Act 56 of 2001. The Primary objective of the Authority is to regulate the Private Security Industry and to exercise effective control over the practice of the occupation of security service provider in the public and national interest and in the interest of the private security industry itself.

PSiRA's Online Services was designed for the Private Security Industry Providers, allowing them to interact with PSiRA and enabling the sector to schedule booking with PSIRA.

South African Citizen (Users) may also use it to verify security providers who does work at their homes and\or workplace. This enable users to ensure they appoint registered security providers.

NOTE: Some of the features will require internet access to function otherwise if internet is limited or unavailable, these services will not be available until internet access is restored.

- Allows users to view the status of Security Providers including Individual Security Officers and Company's.

Struggling with the username and I'm confused cause the number is exactly the one I used when registering, come on your app should be updated. I tried to opt but still no code 🤨😐

I'm struggling to login with my correct credentials I don't understand why must I struggle usimy own cellphone and my own number but it says it doesn't recognize my credentials I'm so Pissed Off Shame with this stupid PSIRA App.

The company is useless with answering phone calls. Every call rings for 3 minutes, 11 seconds, and then just cuts off. You can phone multiple times and have the same problem happen. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They do not care enough about their customer to sort this issue out as it's been happening for months! If I could rate lower, I would. I'm absolutely appalled by Psiras' commitment to just not caring enough!
