About this app

The Kompass app can be used barrier-free by blind and visually impaired passengers via the device's own operating aids (reading function) and enables this group of people to use local public transport independently.

In addition, based on the connection information, it offers a continuous travel companion from door to door with an acoustic or tactile navigation aid on footpaths.

Incoming vehicles are recognized by the app and announced with line number and destination. On the way, the upcoming stops will be announced and you will be advised of changes and exits. The app can also be used to trigger a stop request, boarding assistance and a signal to locate the entrance door.
