I've never written a review on any apps before, but I have to leave one for this app. The premise is great, and convenient, but the app is terrible. Every 24 hours the app will forget your password, so you will have to reset it. This is incredibly obnoxious and makes me question the security. Support will also not respond to any messages. The service itself was also down for a month when I first moved into my apt, and I was charged for a package that I picked up during this time.

can't log in! I created a login online but now it doesn't work on the mobile app. I changed passwords and un-installed then re-installed the app. No help or email contact. update- after 3 separate people reached out to me, I'm still not able to sign into the app. It was just easier to delete my account online.

I am hesitant to sign up for the service I'm disable so I do depend on my online shopping & delivery services I have had packages go missing from my front door which has nothing to do with your service, even if it is inside building and in a hallway. I am going to try your service and hope for the best despite negative reviews.
