After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

It's a horrendous UX. Push notifications don't work on Android or iOS. I don't know why any nursery signs up to use this over other available apps that are proven in this sector. Considering this is a key tool to communicate between parents and the setting that's looking after their CHILDREN all day it's disgraceful. On the odd occasion you actually receive pictures or video of your child, you cannot save them from the app onto your phone. Constant bugs, terrible UX.

Regarding saving media, this is possible, but your childcare provider needs to enable it. We recommend speaking to them about this to ensure you can save photos and videos.

Great way to keep up to date with what your little one is up to while they're at nursery and for the most part pretty intuitive. However, frustrations after using for a year+ - no matter how many times you select 'remember email' at log in, you still have to input your log in details every time you want to use the app. - Not sure if this is just due to how our nursery use the app but no easy way to flag general updates and they're instead logged as 'photographs'.
