Ratings and reviews

The parking transaction on the app went through, but the receipt wasn't emailed until half an hour later. Whithin that time, the parking warden fined me. Now I am trying to appeal the charge and get the receipt from that transaction and again, the email would not come. Please fix the glitch. I don't want to have to prove that I paid every time I park at Whilson.

Unreliable, resulting in fines. The app sometimes fails to accept payment and it's not always obvious. I've been fined twice despite the fact that I use this app to pay for parking all day, 5 days a week. I even resorted to taking a screen shot every day, just in case, but it's not practical to do so all the time. They have a licence plate recognition feature, but choose not to enable it on most carparks, even when they use the same cameras to automatically fine you! They'd rather fine someone.

Does not provide a way to opt out of marketing notifications. I will return this to a 5-star review when this is fixed. The reply is incorrect: yes, I know I can disable notifications completely. I want to disable the "parking deals" notifications, and KEEP notifications when my parking has ended. This has cost me money because I had notifications off and forgot to end my parking, so I feel quite strongly that this would be a good feature :)
