Straightforward & user-friendly UI, navigation is easy to figure out without any tutorials & it updates your balances in one of the fastest of "real-times" as I've seen in some of the other bigger name banking apps I've used, like BOA & USBank, who have taken sometimes up to an entire day for a Zelle xfer I sent to show up at all; yet logging in online, it's there immediately. It happens w/these guys, too, but they're better at being faster. And they're a better bank, too, anyway. 😉

What the heck is wrong with your app? I always try to log in and it says "data signal or network unavailable".... its not my phone because I have a great signal and it works for everything else. This app is constantly having issues...im getting more and more annoyed with parkway. You can't reach someone when you need, they close early. If you have any real issues, you have to wait till Monday... why am I still banking with them?
