I can no longer access the app. says it needs to be updated but I cannot update. Tried their website thinking that may be easier but I have reset my password at least 5 times and still no access.

This app is terrible. You can't go in and change your password. No one from customer service picks up the phone for help. They charge you twice for invoices that have been paid. This is a very frustrating issue dealing with this app.

I thought it would stack all your bills and keep them on the app. You have to re-scan them each time to pay, and I have like 20 different ones. You also can't make installments through the app or just pay the amount you want to pay. You have to pay the entire total. They also charge a $5.55, service fee which is expected.
