With the PayGPWA Mobile App you will be able to securely pay your GPA or GWA utility bill, view your past and current billing statements, track your monthly utility consumption, and manage your utility account’s contact information with your Android or iOS powered mobile device.

This new app is so bad. It takes forever to log in, and once you log in, you are lucky if you are even able to make a payment. The quick pay option takes almost 10 minutes to process. Sometimes, you can wait for so long just for it to say payment no processed. The old app was so mich better.

This app doesn't even deserve one star, but google won't let me have zero. It's so broken and has caused me to be locked out multiple times due to its laggy nature, slow speed, and the ability to, for whatever reason, have its connection interrupted for no given reason. As well as, I have to enter my info at mock speed, or the app forces me back to the main page. It should be illegal to allow a government run app that's meant to assist in paying for BILLS to be this buggy.

What a joke of an app. When you click the pay GPA tab, a page loads telling you their hours of operation. You can't do anything after that and have to close the app. On top of that, when you use the GWA tab and click "forgot password", they email you your username. Don't waste your time downloading this trash. It is worthless.
